I'm a married mother of 4, & a grandmother of 6. My background is in cosmetology, & that changed after having to have 2 cervical spine fusions. When my oldest grandson Nathan was diagnosed with celiac disease, I started experimenting with gluten free baking. Nate & I would bake GF Chocolate Chip cookies every other Saturday, so he'd have snacks for home & school. I couldn't stop at cookies, so I started experimenting with cupcakes & brought them out at family birthday & holiday celebrations. My family loved them & suggested that I start my own business & sell them. It took a little over a year to perfect my recipes, & Dee's Little Sweets became a reality. We now offer gluten-free vegan cupcakes, cookies, & cake pucks for those with dietary restrictions, but everyone is welcome to enjoy our yummy desserts.
