Barrel and Roll is a rolled ice cream shop located in Nolensville, TN, which was formerly known as Sweet Moos Rolled Ice Cream. We provide fresh, creative, quality and delicious rolled ice cream in a fun family friendly atmosphere. Also, the shop provides fresh cotton candy and waffles on the weekends. Shane Shown and Stephanie Howd have purchased the business and rebranded since June 2022. Their goal is to create unique flavors in a southern night in the country vibe.

Shane and Stephanie are from Seattle, WA and moved to Nashville together in 2022. Shane owns a recruiting agency located in Brentwood and Stephanie works in the supply chain industry, but always had a dream of owning a business together. Stephanie's grandmother had always loved ice cream and passed that love to her, so she wanted an ice cream business. They both purchased, Sweet Moo's Rolled Ice cream located in Nolensville, TN in June 2022 and quickly rebranded to Barrel and Roll. They added fresh fruits and ingredients to their menu to deliver tasty and quality ice cream to the community.
