Hello! My name is Leah and I have served the Colorado Springs farmer's market community with delicious, expertly-prepared French treats since 2014. Now I offer American baking too. I make everything from scratch, using only premium ingredients, and I practice old-world pastry techniques to ensure my flavors and textures are the best in town. I DO NOT USE MIXES. From croissants, macarons, and quiches to cookies, cakes, and bars, I've got you covered! Please consider me for your next dessert table, brunch gathering, or weekend treat for the family. Production Practices

Pastries from Beyond The Croissant will always taste "a cut above" because, well, they are. I make and roll my own pastry for pies and quiches, and my Chantilly Cream is made from real whipping cream, not a purchased "whipped dessert topping." Because I don't cut corners, some of the items I offer can take a couple of days to prepare (such as croissants and macarons), so please keep that in mind if you're placing an order. I'd love to bake for you, so please feel free to contact me anytime during the year, not just in market season.

I'm always learning, practicing, and trying new things, and I love my farmer's market booth because it lets me share my latest creations with people just like you, who love good food.
