Specialize in beef birria; a Mexican beef stew that is marinated with Chile, seasonings and vegetables. Served as a Birria tacos with a side of consommé (birria broth) and a Birria lumpia. Also offer other Mexican dishes such as shrimp ceviche served to-go or on a tostada.
