The conversation of opening a food truck started 7 years ago! In 2020 we had a lot of time to reflect on our careers and made plans to move forward with a new business. Luckily we are not afraid of being hands on because we took on the task of building our food trailer on our own! It has been a year in the making and the minute we opened our window we have received tremendous support from the community and amazing comments about our food. We are just 2 people who love to serve and see others happy.
