The healthy lifestyle center is located at the College of health building on the campus of Ball State University. We provide community outreach in clinic consultation group or one on one free of charge for anyone in the Delaware County area. Our services include consultation and exercise, nutrition, behavior modification and social services. We provide free testing such as hearing tests, balance, lung function, overnight sleep studies, EKG's in ambulatory pulse oximeter. We strive to meet the community and assist in providing support services for health care free of charge. We are not a physician doctors office.
I am a returning pulmonary critical care physician focuses on education and prevention for health care, particularly interested in health and health care disparities. I enjoy community outreach efforts in meeting people in their environment and assisting in their needs related to improvement in their overall Wellness and well being. I volunteer my services with a healthy lifestyle center. I'm also adjunct faculty at the Indiana University School of Medicine Muncie campus. My team consists of medical students from Indiana University School of Medicine and graduate assistance from Ball State programs in nutrition and dietetics, exercise and kinesiology, social services and sports behavior modification. We are excited to provide individual client oriented consultation for free. Our goal is to be your Wellness connection.
