Sweet Treats by Sonia

Sonia Aprea, baker & owner of Sweet Treats by Sonia is a self taught baker who began her journey by simply wanting to hear "Mom your cookies are the best". It's the love for her two boys that caused Sonia to begin baking her now famously addictive chocolate chip cookies. Little did she know that her desire to make home-baked goods for her boys without chemicals or artificial ingredients would one day turn into a passion, a career, & a business. Some of the most popular items are the addictive chocolate chip cookies, handcrafted cinnamon rolls, best hot cocoa mix with homemade marshmallows & variety of breads. Sonia's treats can also be found in the Connexus Cafe in West Haven, at Vertical Church.
