BEYOND BATHOLOGY

“My wife and I started making things rather than trying to find something we could do together at home. We went and ordered some candle and soap making kits. We enjoyed making them, but my wife got tired soon after that. However, she loved the aromas and told me that I was more made for that. Shortly after that, I started reading books and articles. I liked the craft even more because I am creative, and I love to use my hands, and yes, my brain in creating new things that people like and enjoy. Due to my disability, I needed to find something to do while I was at home and going to school online. I made a couple more soaps, rather with the ones I had at home and packaged. I sold and gave away my creations, and people seemed to love them.

I then started making things to sell. I personally make gift baskets on holidays, birthdays, ceremonies, etc. People like them and look forward to getting another one. My wife is very supportive. Whatever I set my heart and mind to, she supports and encourages me. Last summer, I learned how to use an electrical saw, jigsaw, and many construction tools. Most of them are better than most men have. Since it’s been cold rather winter came in, I was so bored that I decided to make our kitchen the heart of our whole company. Now, our home is a legal business operation through our city of Escondido, CA and I go out doing shows, in hopes to one day have my own little store.
