I specialize in making various Japanese style bread and pastries.
I make both savory and sweet type breads.
The most popular of my products is the curry pan(bread). The original curry pan is usually fried, and contains meat and vegetables, however I also have a baked version for those who do not eat fried foods, and a veggie only version for those who do not eat meat.
The next most popular is the croquette pan.
