While attending University of South Florida, Jamilla started noticing hair loss and she became tired of using products that were ineffective at moisturizing her dry, curly hair. As a native of Trinidad and Tobago, Jamilla used her knowledge of tropical ingredients to craft a line of hair products that focused on moisturizing hair, promoting hair growth and length retention.
