In the Hawaiian language the word “Kūpono” means to be forthright, fair, and honest in your relationships with others. Loosely translated our name Kūpono Acres stands for “Honest Acres”. Kūpono Acres is highly conscious in operating an economically viable, ecologically sound, and socially responsible company.

Currently, we offer over 20 varieties of microgreens selection including eight microgreens’ blends, limited variety of mushrooms, edible flowers, and foliage. We have commercial experience in growing more than 50 microgreens varieties. Our products are grown (kūpono) with honesty and integrity and are 100 percent organic and free of any synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Our microgreens production is grown indoors in a controlled environment allowing us to be pesticide and fungicide free, while our mushrooms and edible flowers are grown following strict organic integrated pest management techniques. Food safety is very important to us. All worker have gone through the Produce Safety Alliance training and the majority of employees have taken the Department of Health Food Handler Certification Class.
