Grocery apples (even organic) available out of season have been waxed or dowsed in anti-aging agents, and kept in specialty storage. We do not store any produce long-term, which means your organic produce will never be sprayed or waxed, and will only be available in the season it was harvested.
All of our products produced from our organic produce are made immediately after harvest, ensuring the highest quality and nutritional value.
