I’m a single woman business owner that just started up this past October, serving up tacos of all kinds plus some. Something like street tacos but bigger and better, Indian tacos and dessert tacos on my homemade Graham cracker taco shell!
I am a fairly new business owner. I was in the health care industry and was let go when Covid came around. My dad gave me the opportunity to do something different with what we call an “Inheritance Loan”. It’s my inheritance but I have to pay it back so I have something when he goes. He have me this loan and it took me and my now ex partner a good year to figure out what we wanted to do and racked our brains until we agreed upon “YD’s Tacos?”. Although I hope to succeed by being able to pay him back plus be able to just take care of him. It has not been an easy road by any means. My mother would say “if it weren’t for bad luck you’d have no luck at all”. If something can go wrong or break it will and it has but I am bound and determined! I’m a natural caregiver & I love to cook and bake & most of all I love tacos. Who doesn’t? I love sweets even more so I wanted to come up with a sweet taco and with my last name being Graham I started experimenting with trying to make the Graham cracker taco shell for my dessert tacos. I was released from the very toxic relationship I had been in with my partner which forced me to learn how to hook up and pull the trailer and do this all on my own. It has been a slow, hard and huge learning process but I’ve got the hang of it and things are looking up as I move forward!
