I would like to sell kettle corn at your farmers market. Everything will be non GMO and gluten free. Kettle corn dates back to the 18th century, its first documented appearance originating in Europe. Kettle corn is made with sugar, salt, oil and kernels.
1. My kernels are purchased from Amish Country. Amish Country Popcorn is never genetically modified and it never includes additives or hidden ingredients -- so you can really feel good about what you're putting in your body.
2. I use domino sugar which is produced in Yonkers along the banks of the Hudson River.
3. For oil, I use high oleic sunflower oil, which is high in unsaturated fat, low in saturated fat, and has no trans-fat. This can be purchased from Hudson Valley Cold Pressed Oils in Pleasant Valley, New York.

I was in the Financial & Accounting field for my career. I recently left the corporate world to try entrepreneurial pursuits. I engage in lots of outdoor activities such as hiking, bicycle riding, swimming, camping etc.... I enjoy nature, I love to cook with all organic ingredients. I grow an herb garden every summer and also plant flowers in my yard. I am a very people oriented so I think this combination would contribute very well to your farmers market. This is a new venture that I am starting so I don't have a web page or a logo but I will work on that shortly and upload it.
