We are a craft pickle company that specializes in spicier pickles that were created by an 11 year old kid here in Portland, Or. almost 5 years ago.
Production Practices
Our pickles are lacto-fermented, which makes them very healthy for ones gut, like a kombucha. That paired with capsaicin makes them extremely healthy for you. This is a specific process of fermentation that promotes healthy bacteria with naturally preserves the foods.
