Hawaii Disability Rights Center is the federally designated, Governor appointed agency for the protection and advocacy for individuals with a disability and have been since 1978. HDRC’s legal and advocacy services are confidential and free. There is no income eligibility requirement. If you have a disability, you are part of our protected class.
