I started making cheesecakes in 2008 for friends and family. In 2021 we decided to go for it and purchased a food trailer and rented a commissary kitchen. Our first date of business was on July 8th, 2021. We now have 4 wholesale accounts and go to different neighborhoods in McLennan County. We recently won the People's Choice Award at the 2022 Texas Food Truck Showdown for our Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake. We are passionate about creating good quality products using the best ingredients from local farmers, when available.

I started this business in memory of my son Dominic "Nico" Genduso who passed away on October 23, 2017. I have been cooking since I was 18 years old and making cheesecakes for family and friends since 2008. Currently I have one employee, Lauren Logston, who has a culinary background and is extremely helpful to our business. We make approximately 400-500 cheesecakes a week.
