I am a 33yr business women, Mother of 3 boys who saw a vision and went for it, I started cooking t the age of 9yrs old and fell in love with the art. I am originally from a small town call Leon, NICARAGA. I decided to bring a bit of my culture to the US. WE have so many exciting flavors we wish to share with you . With a mix of Latin American infused and a bit of a twist our American flavors as well. We hope we can catch KATS kitchen and give our famous dish Carne Asada that comes with rice and beans, sweet plantains and fried cheese a try, you will love it.
