Mission MightyMe

Mission MightyMe is a revolutionary food company on a mission to end the food allergy epidemic, which currently impacts 1 out of every 13 children in the US. Our founders are Atlanta-based food allergy parents Catherine and JJ Jaxon and the global expert in food allergy prevention, Dr. Gideon Lack. Dr. Lack’s groundbreaking research found that most peanut allergies can be prevented by including peanut foods in infant diets early and consistently. This discovery changed pediatric feeding guidelines around the globe to recommend early allergen introduction in infancy, however, the baby food industry is still mostly allergen-free. Mission MightyMe is changing that by making it deliciously simple to include peanuts and other common food allergens in infant diets, as pediatric guidelines now recommend. The company launched its first product – Proactive Peanut Puffs – in April of 2020 and its second product in January of 2022 – Proactive Nut Butter Puffs – the first and only baby-friendly puff with peanuts and multiple tree nuts. Mission MightyMe has received numerous awards for its innovative impact on children’s health. In 2020, the company received a Trailblazer award from Food Navigator and Fast Company recently included Mission MightyMe in their Top World Changing Ideas of 2021. Mission MightyMe also gives back to food allergy prevention research and education.
