A woman owned and run chocolate business. We create cheery and delicious chocolate bars and bon bons using local ingredients like rose petals and rosemary grown in our garden; dried plums made from neighborhood trees; candy cap mushrooms from local mushroom foragers; hazelnuts and olive oil grown in Oregon . Our mission is to at once highlight the wealth of our Oregon's bounty and the unusual ways with which it can be paired with chocolate to create something truly special.
