Smoked Turkey Halves

This is our whole turkey cut down the middle. It has one leg, one thigh and half a breast. It is smoked in a vegetable juice powder with No MSG or Nitrites added. These are sold in 8-10 lb. packages. They are frozen and shrink wrapped for freshness.
Our product is pastured raised with NON GMO grains.
Save the bone...it makes great soup stock!
