CinnaQueen Bakery
Served/To Go Foods
I started my business in 2019 selling fresh homemade cinnamon rolls out of my kitchen. I ran a booth at the local Farmer's Market every summer and we are wildly popular, selling out of cinnamon rolls almost every weekend. I offer a wide variety of cinnamon rolls: classic, cherry, apple, orange, maple pecan, caramel pecan (using my own homemade fresh caramel sauce), blueberry lemon, raspberry, peach, chocolate espresso, chocolate peanut butter, and of course classic original cinnamon rolls. I've developed my own recipes over the years and am confident that my cinnamon rolls are second to none!
Jenna and TJ Greer
CinnaQueen Bakery has a very humble beginning, in a small kitchen in the Texas Panhandle, as Palo Duro Bakery. The owner, Jenna Greer, was a wife and mother who worked a night shift as a janitor and was desperate to replace her income with something she could do while staying home with her babies. She is a skilled baker and cook, and after some market research decided to specialize in cinnamon rolls and sell them at the local market and to customers who picked up orders at her house. She spent six months developing her own recipes, and was floored at the response, selling out each weekend and filling multiple orders during the week. Three years later she and her family relocated to Colorado Springs, CO and started over. She slowly gained name recognition and a following among the various local markets, and finally settled on the Backyard Market in Black Forest as her home market, and renamed herself CinnaQueen Bakery. Customers literally stood in the rain waiting patiently in line for her cinnamon rolls, and she realized then what an amazing and loyal customer base the Black Forest market has, and despite many offers to move elsewhere, she's settled there for the foreseeable future.
