I grew up learning Ancient Greek Pastry baking & cooking from my mom Kay from the young age of 6! She spent so many years perfecting her craft and volunteering with the Philoptochos… which is essentially Philanthropy through the Greek Church. She learned from some amazing Greek women, and wasn’t afraid to teach me everything she learned. 🥐🥐

We always dreamed of opening our very own Greek Pastry & Greek Coffee shop.

Eventually she had to say goodbye to us… but not forever. My momma Kay developed lung cancer and fought a hard fight with chemo and radiation for a couple years. She still made pastries as long as she possibly could. Her faith is what spoke to me most of all through the pain…

✨✨✨And this is why I carry on her spirit to a legacy of baking that I pray to touch the world with. I hope to bring joy to every customer who orders from me and I've had the pleasure of being a vendor at several events and markets here in Nashville!🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷
