Angela Roberts, owner, has been developing recipes, for food blog Spinach Tiger since 2009. As a food writer, she tests recipes methodically, photographs and edits all photos and has a youtube channel. The bakery started in 2019 and has since sold over 8,000 Lala cakes from her keto home bakery.
