Plemons Beef is owned by John Paul and Lora Plemons of Blooming Grove, TX. Our specialty is growing the finest British-influenced cattle in north Texas, and grain finishing them for over 200 days. All of our steers are either born on our farm or purchased from ranches within a 10 mile area. We do not buy any cattle from auctions. Our cattle are fed slowly and humanely. All of our feed is grown and milled locally. Our cattle are antibiotic-free, steroid-free, hormone free and are fed a 100% vegetarian diet with no animal byproducts ever. We can trace every calf back to its origin.
Our steers are clean and healthy. They're never subjected to rounds of antibiotics. They don't live in crowded conditions. They're cared for by us- not employees. We use small family-owned USDA inspected processors and our meat is certified for resale.
