Shuck Shack at Pentagon City Mall in opened Oct 2019. Our kiosk is located on the food court of Fashion Center at Pentagon in Arlington, VA. We also operate a food truck, named the Shuck Shack Corn Truck. We offer FRESH Roasted Corn on the cob and in a bowl. We specialize in Mexican Street Corn. In addition, we have 27 spices and marinades for our chef inspired creations and custom offerings. We are a black/veteran owned company. We offer a tasty, fresh,
and yes, superior product for a changing food landscape. Our fresh corn and spice combinations give our customers a unique experience instantly making them fans.
I am an alumni of Howard University. I also served in the US Army, as a Logistics Officer reaching the rank of Captain. I retired from Microsoft Corp in 2019, after 22 years, to pursue my goal of becoming an entrepreneur. I have been married to my lovely wife, Gatrie, for 26 years. And we have two son's Vincent II, and Bryce.
