Sausage and Egg Biscuit

A locally sourced homemade sausage patty and a stanton bros eggs that is cracked to order. Both will be fried fresh on-site with an electric griddle. The egg will have a choice of peppers and onions or cheese. The bread used will be a choice of classic biscuit, cheddar biscuit, bacon and cheese biscuit, or pancakes, which are all previously approved items. Choice between a spicy buffalo mustard or maple honey butter spread.
