I specialize in Hawaiian Shave Ice with a milk and ice cream. We are completely different from Snow cones or Shave Ice that's crunchy or rocky. Our ice is Shaven down to a fluffy, soft, snow-like consistency. Just like in Hawaii.

I used to work as a bartender and once after traveling to Hawaii wanted to bring hawaiian shave ice back to my home town. I started with investing my money into a whole set up and was forced to quit my job as a bartender because my business grew overnight. I am currently working on a 4th set up and hope to continue growing. We have a great team and I like to teach them that consistency is key!!
