Production Practices

Using hook and line or pot/trap fishing gear is one of the least invasive means for harvesting seafood. It is also one of the best practices for producing superior quality seafood as it provides an opportunity to handle the harvest individually without damaging the catch before icing. Otolith's seafood is processed at the port where it is landed within 3 days of its harvest which is another way our quality is maintained resulting in superior seafood products.
