I started my kettle popcorn and cotton candy business last July 2021. I'm a single mother trying to make extra income and I love making popcorn and seeing kids faces when they see how cotton candy is made. I like to experiment and do different types of popcorn and don't just sell your basic kettle popcorn.
I started my kettle popcorn and cotton candy business last July 2021. I'm a single mother trying to make extra income and I wanted to do something fun and that I loved so I decided to go into the kettle popcorn business. I love making popcorn and I like to experiment and do different types of flavored popcorn and don't just sell your basic kettle popcorn. I remember growing up and going to the fair and seeing how cotton candy was made. Today you don't get to see that any more so kids don't even know what it is other than it handing inside a trailer when it on sale at the fair or carnival. I set up a small table at the kids level so they can see thru the cotton machine bubble how the the sugar comes out and how the colors change, etc. I love watching the kids expressions and answering their questions as to how the cotton candy is made. It's a family business so I have my brother or sister helping me with the business.
