My signature item is a whole wheat crisp bread. In addition, I make granola, a few loaf cakes (including vegan) and biscuits. I have been a vendor with Good Local Markets for 2 seasons. My products are also available to the public in over 1/2 dozen shops in Dallas and Collin County, including Cheese and Chutney in Oak Cliff, Cox Farms Market (Dallas and Duncanville) and Patina Green in McKinney. My crisps and granola have both been featured in D Magazine and I was privileged to appear on Fox 4 Good Day to promote the annual pie contest for GLM.
I use local pastured eggs, organic flour, and local seasonal produce in my baking.

I have been been baking since I was a teen, and was obsessed with cooking shows like Julia Child on PBS. After returning from 14 years of missionary service in Kenya, I started a baking business and it has been a joy to bake for others and to see people still appreciate quality products, made from scratch.
