Our Chef showcases modern food techniques while presenting them in a comfort and local touch. Our flavors and cuisine is like no other in the market and are always changing our menus weekly so that our guest get a large variety of dishes and food to experience

I’m a local boy born & raised in Honolulu, and have traveled abroad to learn about culinary arts and cuisine in San Francisco and New York City.
I’ve cooked for over 20+ years professionally in Private restaurants & hotels and have been mentored by legendary Chefs such as Chefs Alan Wong, Chef Roy Yamaguchi, Chef Gary Danko, & Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten to name a few, while achieving multiple awards all to enhance the style and flavors in our cuisine at C4 Table. Our Motto is to showcase as much of the local Farmers, Fishermen & Ranchers of Hawaii in which I’ve built great relationships with and bring the freshest and unique styles and techniques in our dishes. I’m very excited to share with you a taste of many things to come and love being within the community.
