Tent Set Up

This is our tent set up. We have a 10x10 canopy with 100 pounds of weights. 25 pounds per leg. We have a 4x10 banner in the back that displays two boba drinks and our logo.

We have a total of 4 tables that are all covered in black cloth as seen in the pictures.

The front table will have our Square register, cash drawer and printer. We also have an ipad for the person making orders to keep track of each (Square Kitchen Display kit). The front table also includes our cup sealer.

Facing the tent, the left table is where all the magic happens. We have 2 stainless steal tea dispenser, our condiments and product mixtures to make our drinks. Two 18x12 bar mats will be used.

The back will be a cooler with ice inside. Cooler will sit on a dunnage rack (8 inches off the ground). The back table will include a 3 compartment sink (consists of 3 tubs that are labled Wash, Rinse and Sanitize). A four gallon potable water will be there for hand washing and a five gallon will be for the gray water.

The right table will include two additional tea dispenser (as back ups) and two tea urns (tea brewers).

There are two A-Frame signs - one sign includes two separate photos of our drinks. The other will include a drink and our menu.
