Hokkaido Brewing Company

Our beer is brewed in Hokkaido, Japan and brought to the states, with our US base in Philly. We are best known for our delicious fruit beers with wide ranging flavors like Melon, Plum, Peach, and more traditional Japanese fruits such as Yuzu. We also have a craft line with favorites like lagers, stouts, etc. Hokkaido beer is considered "Happoshu" meaning there is a malt content of less than 2/3, in this case replaced with fruit. We've loved getting to integrate Hokkaido into the Philly community and this past year we were fortunate to have a pop up bar where we featured Hokkaido cocktails (which we create recipe cards for) and Japanese street food.
