First & Ten

(More info is available on my website listed above) my name is Andy Duffy. I have a locally owned and produced hot sauce. It is called First and Ten Hot Sauce. It is manufactured using my recipe at a FDA approved co-packer in Polk County. I came up with the recipe for the sauce when I owned my own pub in Washington, DC for ten years. My wings at my pub (Duffy's Irish Pub) were named several years in a row to Food & Wine Magazine's top 25 wings in the USA. They also won best wings in the Washington, DC metro area ten years in a row. I sold my pub in 2016 and in October of last year (2021) started bottling my sauce. It is a medium Hot Sauce with much more flavor than most sauces. I emphasize flavor over heat. In just a few months the sauce is already available in several stores including 6 locations across the state of r Ancient Olive Gourmet Store and Vine & Grind Olive Oil Gourmet in Treasure Island. (Note that is co not com) I lived and bartended in the treasure island / Madeira beach area for several years after I sold my pub and have a lot of connections there and would like to get in as many markets as possible in the area.
