EggRollDiva was created from my mother's recipe in 1988 in Ypsilanti, MI. My mother was a single parent of five children, she tried to be creative with cuisine and taught her children to have a balanced and sophisticated palate. She was naturally skilled in culinary arts, she created the original “ground turkey egg roll” recipe and it was a hit. Her dream was to have a restaurant to share her passion with the world. As her eldest daughter, and carrier of her legacy, I created EggRollDiva.
A friend named me the "EggRollDiva" because of my diva ways and I decided to take a chance and make it happen. Cooking is in my DNA and it has brought me such tremendous joy to cook for my family and friends and now the public can taste these amazing egg rolls.
With the support of friends and family and starting a small business right at the beginning of the Pandemic. We started taking egg rolls orders and catering local events. Now it makes me proud to have my food trailer and a desire to continue to expand my small, minority, woman-owned business.

Our special handcrafted sauces are Avocado Ranch, Thousand Island, and a Sweet ‘n Sour Sauce.
