Fresh ground pork, blended with Bakers own seasoning. Stuffed in natural casing and packed 6-7 in a package. Vacuum sealed and frozen for extended freshness for 12+ months in freezer.

Ingredients – Pork, blend of Salt, Dextrose, Pepper, Sage, Onion, Mace and Celery.

Weight- On average each package (7 links per) is approximately 1.75 + lbs.
