Lavender Sugar

We start by hand-selecting our best culinary lavender and add the crushed buds to locally purchased organic fair trade cane sugar (thank you, Clovers Natural Market in Columbia!)

Add this sugar to your hot tea and let your cares drift away. Lavender Sugar is also lovely in lemonade and iced tea, sprinkled on top of homemade muffins, or replace part of the sugar in your dessert recipe to add an unexpected “oh my goodness” to your treats!

These make a beautiful party favor - add a sprig of lavender tied with twine and impress your guests!
