The purpose of Foggy Mountain Pasta is to make the best possible pasta using only local or organic ingredients so each bite is excellent, flavorful, and fulfilling while also supporting a diverse and sustainable local food community and economy. To accomplish this, I draw upon a network of local or regional flour mills, farmers, and suppliers to ensure each batch of pasta is made from the best local or organic flours, pasture raised eggs, and amazing vegetables, all grown and handled with attention to quality and sustainability. Each source of ingredients is featured prominently and transparently in order to show a commitment to fostering economic sustainability and promoting the excellence of our local food community.
