Grain + Honey Bake Shop is a family owned, old school bakery, specializing in sourdough products like loaves, baguettes, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and croissants. We also make foundational pastries such as cookies, brownies, muffins, and scones.
Our mission is to provide the local community with an experience that reminds them that the best things in life are meant to be shared with the ones we love.
We bake from scratch every day, using high quality ingredients, time-honored techniques, and traditional methods. Our sourdough breads and baked goods are made with love, and you can taste it in every bite.
Hey, I'm Hannah! I made a New Year’s resolution in 2019 to learn how to make sourdough. I killed my first sourdough starter, baked brick after brick of bread, and kept trying. Grain + Honey Bake Shop was born in March 2019. I set up at special events and farmer’s markets throughout the spring and summer, drove my old white Chevy truck all over Robertson County delivering loaves of bread, and opened the first location of G+H in Springfield, Tennessee on October 7th, 2019.
The G+H team now consists of myself, 3 additional bakers, and a handful of wonderful cashiers. We bake bread every day for the folks in our community. Grain + Honey has always been a community supported bakery, and we try to pay it forward by supporting other local makers and artists and helping local causes.
