Vendors at Minnetrista Farmers Market since 2004, we offer fresh, grilled Pork burgers, Sausage burgers, and Brautwurst burger sandwiches. We also offer a selection of frozen pork such as the above mentioned patties, bacon, pork chops smoked pork chops, loin roasts and our own Heat-n-Eat Pulled Pork BBQ. Also in our collection we have jars of our own barbecue sauce, and our popular Pepperbutter spread. Another facet of our business is our catering service.

My team of 4 other individuals (Dave, Schannen, Samantha and Dayton) work hard to keep customers happy. You can find us by following the smoke and we all wear purple! We are next to our brightly colored pink and purple van.
