I am a baker of rustic sourdough bread loaves. I use locally sourced flour from Shepherd's Grain. I first started my bread business in July of 2021. My bread loaves have three ingredients: flour, water, and salt. I use a sourdough starter that I made and do not use packaged yeast products.
I am passionate about bread and look forward to meeting others who share my passion.
