It’s sold raw and ready to eat as a parmesan, and it can be hydrated and turned into a queso, a mac and cheeze sauce, or a ricotta in less than 2 minutes, in short it’s versatilacheeze!
Alison Elliott
My name is Alison Elliott and I am a passionate solo social entrepreneur. I am the founder of The Farmer Foodie LLC; my established brand that is tapping into the rapidly growing plant-based food market with a unique, healthy, plant-based, gluten free, organic, raw, dry, multi-use, and shelf stable cheeze product. It is highly differentiated and does not exist on the market.
I’m a recipe developer with over 160 published recipes and a product developer. I have industry experience through my role as an organic farm education manager for nearly four years. The Farmer Foodie is established on social media with a community that has actively contributed to the development of my product. I have a following of nearly 6,000 and over 150,000 video views on Tik Tok and Instagram. I’ve already created dozens of recipes using my product and my multi-use product naturally ties into my existing recipe development career and influencer network.
I am matriculating in graduate degree programs at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University from which I will graduate in May 2022 with an MBA in Social Impact and an MA in Sustainable International Development. Environmental sustainability is one of my greatest aspirations as a social entrepreneur. My business model puts sustainability at the forefront of all business decisions, valuing the triple bottom line: people, planet and product. The unique dry and shelf stable characteristics of my product offer the lowest environmental footprint compared to both traditional and plant-based cheeze options, which rely on energy intensive refrigeration.
