Golden Hour Farm is family-owned cattle ranch, focusing mainly on Scottish Highland Cattle in Cache Valley, Utah. We pride ourselves on grass-fed and pasture-raised beef. We sell Highland Beef directly from our farm to your table. From all cuts of steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc.. Our cows are raised on over 200 acres and eat a natural, grass-fed diet producing high quality, delicious beef. We love being active members of the agriculture community.

We raise our cows on over 200 acres of beautiful pasture. They eat strictly grass and eat/live in the most natural way we can provide for them. Our cows are treated with respect and spend their days roaming under the sun. Because they are grass-fed and pasture-raised, we produce a very high quality and flavorful product. Highland beef is lean and well-marbled and has the highest protein content of any beef breed. We are proud to offer such a clean, healthy, and delicious beef product.

My name is Chelsey Butterfield and I am the co-owner of Golden Hour Farm, along with my husband, in Cache Valley Utah. I am passionate about healthy living, sustainability, and animals. I am a mother of two beautiful children and love spending my days on the farm with my family. After living in Europe for 7 years while my husband played professional basketball, we were ready to settle down and set some roots. Golden Hour Farm was always a dream of mine and now we have our beautiful Scottish Highland Cows.
