We are a fully vegan bakery, specializing in sweet breads such as banana, strawberry, chocolate, etc. All breads are vegan, cholesterol free, contain protein and have reduced sugar. Our specialty is our mini loaves, perfect for an individual serving or to share with a variety box, family size loaves are also available. All loaves have a heart on the top of them, representing the love we put into them as well as a reminder to love yourself, love others and treat others with love and respect. I Brittanie Adaire am the CEO, my company was officially started in the winter of 2021 it is woman owned and operated, we are in a couple of retailers in Fresno, Ca at the moment and hope to expand. Baking vegan has been a passion and love of mine for at least 9 years and I hope to bake professionally for many more years. We aim to provide you and those you love with healthier, sustainable and delicious bread.
I have been baking for about 14 years consistently, after getting my Kitchen Aid mixer I was obsessed with baking in my free time. About 9 years ago in college I started to bake vegan so that I could share with my best friend who was vegan, I realized how much I enjoyed being resourceful and creating my own "eggs" or "butter" and how it was similar to a science experiment. Although I didn't become vegan until about 4.5 years ago, I have been baking mostly vegan by choice. I "accidentally" started my business by bringing bread into work to share with my coworkers, they encouraged me sell it, once I did, I made about $500 in just a few days! I knew I had to keep going with it. I officially started my business in 2021 as stated above, now I spend my days baking, fulfilling orders and vending at events ( my favorite part). I love to learn, interact with others and be a part of a supportive community, which I have found in Fresno.
