About
We own the goats, we make the cheese, we never buy milk from any other farms. We may also have meat, soap and eggs to sell, all which are produced on our farm.

Production Practices
Our goats graze on 40 acres through the spring, summer and fall in addition to their daily rations of alfalfa and grain. We only use milk from our herd to make our cheese - we are one of only a handful of facilities in the state that own the dairy and manufacture the cheese.
