Local Apple Cart

The Local Apple Cart was founded by Rachel Nally and inspired by the neighborhood ice cream stand where she grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. During difficult times, the Apple Cart was a familiar and dependable part of her childhood—and eventually became her first job and the inspiration behind her own entrepreneurial journey.

Today, The Local Apple Cart serves Fort Wayne and surrounding communities from our signature pink food truck with sprinkles. Our menu features lactose-free soft serve, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, milkshakes, floats, fresh lemonades, boba, iced coffee, and seasonal favorites like hot and cold apple cider.

More than just sweet treats, The Local Apple Cart is about creating something familiar, fun, and worth looking forward to.
