Busog Bliss

Busog Bliss is a home-based bakery in Fort Wayne, Indiana specializing in small-batch, brown butter sourdough baked goods made with love and intention.

Our menu features gourmet cookies, brookies, muffins, and specialty treats inspired by both classic flavors and Southeast Asian ingredients such as ube, pandan, and matcha. By incorporating sourdough discard into our recipes, we create baked goods with deeper flavor, better texture, and a unique twist you won’t typically find at the market.

Every item is carefully prepared in our home kitchen following Indiana Cottage Food guidelines, using quality ingredients like real butter, premium chocolate, and thoughtfully selected mix-ins. From comforting chocolate chip cookies to adventurous flavor combinations, we aim to offer something for everyone.
