The Lentil House began as a cottage home business located in the Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville, Fl in November of 2017; participated in various pop-up markets, started developing a following of regular clients; May of 2018 joined The Art District, Space 42 Farmer's Market, which is now the Riverside Mid-Week Farmer's Market at Cultivate on Park Street; October 2018 joined the Coconut Barrel Artisan Market, and December 2018 participated in Jacksonville Zoo Lights Artisan Market 2018. The Lentil House entered in a national food competition Good Food Awards 2019 were I not only became a finalist but also won in the snack category for our Tumeric & Sea Salt Gourmet Fried Lentils.

My specialty is making gourmet fried lentils. I love how people are surprised to discover that our gourmet fried lentils taste great and can be eaten as a snack. The Lentil House uses organic ingredients to create this wonderful snack. Our gourmet fried lentils are my family's favorite snack, and we are excited to have the opportunity to share them with you.
