BLUE MAINE LOBSTER AND SEAFOOD is a family owned Business that is offering service in the food and beverage industry with delicious food, appealing skills, and an efficient family friendly team based in the High Desert area of California. Our business has a history of being in the festival and catering food industry for over 7 years. The owner Mr. Yavuz Burcin Rodoplu, has been working as a cook and manager of over 1,500 Festivals, Fairs and Farmer’s Markets combined. He has also owned, operated and managed Ottoman Catering and Maya Catering. With his experience and knowledge of what customers are seeking in the food and beverage industry, Mr. Rodoplu decided to sit together with his family and personally bring flavorful food with thirst quenching drinks to consumers that will be served by an exceptional family friendly organized crew that he knows and loves from the heart.

At BLUE MAINE LOBSTER AND SEAFOOD, we have created a menu that is customized to dazzle our consumer with a delicious meal that has a gourmet flavor but is also very convenient to eat. Our drinks not only will quench the consumer’s thirst, but have a natural mix of wonderful fruits to enjoy and are made fresh to order.

BLUE MAINE LOBSTER AND SEAFOOD, is a business that serves their customers at public Festivals, Farmers Markets, and private events. We can also service a private party for a company or home. Our travel area is throughout all of Northern and Southern California State.

Much like the State of California, which is full of multicultural diversity, change and creativity,

our business will be constantly doing the same with our food and recipes. The passion we have in our business is strong and we are eager to share it with everyone we encounter on our expeditions.
